The Red Sox sold Babe Ruth's Contract to the Yankees. I dont have any but what an opportunity to show your Ruth cards!

Here's one. It features Ruth pitching in a Red Sox uniform, but the caption describes him as a rightfielder for the Yankees. Kind of appropriate for this anniversary.

The Red Sox selling Ruth to the Yankees ranks right up there with Sam Phillips (of Sun Records) selling Elvis Presley to RCA Victor Records in late 1955!
