Default More Oddball Set Questions

I have a handful of 1949 Philadelphia Bulletin cards. I had heard of them, but then while I'm looking them up I notice they all have the biographical information next to the photo. The 6 I have are like regular cards with the bio's on the back. I have checked and double and triple checked and I don't think there's any way theses were cut apart and glued together. They are 100% tight, and a homemade glue job would rarely look like that 70 years later AND they are perfectly aligned front and back. Does anyone know if there were two sided versions of these in addition to the regular side by side issue???
