Default Bananas!

OK - these took me back to my childhood the instant I saw them. Picked them up at a card show a few weeks ago. Anyone else remember peeling stickers off of bananas when they were a kid?

These are in nice shape, as they were un-banana-stuck - taken from the send in sheet that came with the world's lamest (yellow) football. Pretty sure my brother and I redeemed the Chiquita stickers (the company emblems) for the viewer and slides, too. No doubt they are somewhere back home buried in one of the overflowing boxes from my childhood of pack rat collecting!

I'm pretty sure we had a ton of them, and stuck them all on the inside of a cupboard door - probably not the best place to keep them, in retrospect. My mom told me last week when I asked about them how hard it was to scrape them off after thirty years of being stuck!
