gma grading / wagner card on ebay

spoke to allen from gma this afternoon about the wagner card, he said they have graded wagner reprints , not the real thing , so it seems this person fudged a label for this card , what I dont understand is how ebay for all intentions does not go after this person , who from the onset was trying to commit fraud , some thing needs to be done about this .

GMA will let you grade a card whatever you want - someone posted a link to that this morning. It might veery well have been a valid GMA tag - it's just that valid GMA tags are worth 0.
