Default Babe Ruth Cabinet Card

Picked this up and I can't find anything on it. I am pretty sure it is not from the correct time period. Please if anyone has any information on it let me know. I am trying to decide if it is worth sending to PSA or if it is just a bad fake of some type.

Maybe it's a photo. Looks like same image as the one that just sold in the last Heritage auction: Link

From the small pic, it looks fake to me. Perhaps a real 1800s mount, but the Ruth obviously doesn't match and is probably a digital reprint. I'm unaware of a real Ruth cabinet card in existence, and that cabinet card is 1880s/90s style.
