PGS, Pretty Good Service or Pitiful Grading Systems?

I have had good success in crossing over PGS 7 and 8 vintage commons over to PSA and GAI 7s and 8s. I feel they have built a decent reputation on the mid-grade star to semi-high grade common vintage card market. |
