T206 Gallery App for iPhone & iPad + Android

[T206.org]

An update has been published for the T206 Gallery app. It now works on newer Apple iPhones and iPads, and some improvements were made, such as:

- NEW: Custom "checklist" gallery
- Smoother slideshow transitions
- Improved clarity for many of the card images
- More authentic looking card labels

Retouching of more of the cards is in the works, and will be available in a future update.

I've used the app for years. I have an older iPhone, but I just downloaded the update. Thanks for the easy to use reference tool.

Hi Trae,

Just bought the app and used it for a bit. One UI item that would be nice is when you drill down to specific cards -> Player by last name -> Letter -> then select a player, there is no path back to that letter, or even back to the alphabetical list. You need to go all the way back to the home screen. It would be nice to simply go one screen back after you've viewed the player.

I purchased the app and love it! (I'm a TR member on Facebook). Some add-ons would be maybe a link of some sort to the back story on each player...instead of constantly going to Wikipedia. Also, a section that has more indepth info on short prints? Would love an e-commerce section but that may be logistically difficult for a myriad of reasons.

Thank you all! lbucher921 I really appreciate it, and I'm adding these items to our ongoing feedback list. We'll prioritize as many as we can with each new release. Soon we're going to need a public roadmap - this is great!

I like the ecommerce idea as well. Chris (slantycouch) and I do have some T206 related product ideas, but they're going to take some time to plan and execute (this is not our day job, naturally... more a labor of love in our spare time).

Is there a way to check off the T206s you have? I don't have the app (yet) but that would be a cool feature for people trying to complete the set. There could be different sections too like SL or Team.

The simple checklist gallery has been a popular request, and it's in the works.

You can view by SL only currently though, yep! (among other things like portraits only, HOF only, etc.)

Quick bump to let everyone know that Tony R's request for a way to go back from the gallery is now in in the app, as well as a basic custom gallery "checklist" feature.
