I recently sold a 1952 Topps Ted Kluzewski PSA 6 on ebay. It was won by the seller "1alwaysrightdavid". He had 24 feedbacks all positive. He paid by PayPal, received the card, left positive feedback for me, then filed a dispute with PayPal for the reversal of payment. I was notified and responded with this information. PayPal has concluded their investigation and awarded this guy his money back. The buyer is no longer a registered user on ebay. |

Shanon - sorry to hear that - getting scammed by a bad ebay member is bad enough; having it compounded by a poor Paypal finding only makes it more difficult to swallow. Would you be willing to share why Paypal sided with him? Did you use delivery confirmation? |

When you speak with Paypal, be sure to state they refunded the buyer without proof of return. This is their problem and thet should repay you...IMO. |
