Is the orange sticker actually on the front of this slab? Would hate to try and get the sticky residue off if it is really stuck on there. |

I would imagine that it is on there. All you have to do is peel what you can off and use goo gone to take off the residue. Edited to add: Just make sure to use goo gone and not goof off. I don't know what is in goof off, but it will eat through the plastic. |

Goo Gone is citrus based. Goof Off is petroleum based. If the smell doesn't knock you out, be sure not to use Goof Off near any open flames! |

I don't understand why dealers still put labels on graded cards. If they spend a nickel on a graded card sleeve the label can go on the sleeve and the card will be protected from scratches. |

Goo gone, Goo off, why should a buyer have to even deal with it. |

As Scott mentioned, the sticker would become dated very fast and would be misleading as the pop reports change. I tried to remove a price sticker covering the hologram of a PSA slab once and the hologram got rubbed completely off, leaving fine scratches behind. Slabs like this cause me to adjust my bids down accordingly. |

Surprisingly.... WD-40 works very well on this typr of residue. Just apply a few drops to the sticky area, rub gently with a cloth, and it will all come off. No scratching or tell-tale signs of removal, either. |

I received a slabbed card in the mail last week and the seller used a great deal of clear packing tape on the slab and surrounding cardboard and it was a horrible mess! Luckily Goo Gone to the rescue and although the slab smells a tad lemony every bit of stickiness is gone |
