Default Sorry I missed this George Wright

It wasn't up for long before the seller accepted an offer of 1000. The item almost looks too good to be true, but the auto looks legit to me.

Any thoughts?

Beals C. Wright (1879-1961) was the son of Harry. He graduated from Harvard. He won two gold medals in lawn tennis at the 1904 Olympics in St Louis. He was the first American to reach the all comers final at Wimbledon though he lost. He was U.S. champ in singles and doubles and became president of the US Lawn Tennis Association.

I have read that Beals C. Wright was George's son. Beals seems to be an odd first name, but interesting to note that while George was playing with the Boston Red Stockings, he had a team mate in 1874-1875 named Tommy Beals.

This seller just listed several more of these George Wrights. Again, the autos look legit to me. The seller seems to have come across a real find.
