Dead centered. Those go for big premiums. I wouldn't have guessed that big, but that's a nice looking 7.

$2000 more than what the card goes for in the past seems like a lot on a card that just sold for $3500 or so.theres another not bad centered card at auction now

I would not consider the last one nicely centered. Almost deserving of an OC qualifier in my opinion. There is one up on ebay for 1700 that isn't bad, but that one that went for 3,100 looked pretty sweet. Perhaps the buyer thinks he can get a bump.

I guess I'm weird. I see a killer card, and could care less about whether or not it might get get a bump in grade if resubmitted. The card itself doesn't change; it becomes more about the money, and ego.
