Default I traded for some hockey cards today !

I love the Minnesota North Stars and have never gotten over the move to Dallas. A friend of mine came into a huge Hockey Card collection and traded me these for three T205 commons worth 100.00 at the most. There is a ton of North Stars and he is gonna trade me them when he sorts them all out. These were all doubles, he had some older Orr but wouldn't trade me them. Also wouldn't trade me any Gordie Howe cards. It was cool looking at them because I don't know much about Hockey cards pre 1978-79. I have a pretty nice Gretzky collection but that's about it along with complete 78-79 topps and 79-80 Topps and Opee chee. It was kind of fun trading for something I have no idea about but glad I did and looking forward to all the North Star cards. Since there is no Hockey section I posted this here. None of his cards are for sale incase any die hard hockey collectors read this and I'm keepin these !

If you go to vintage links at top of page and look under other forums there is a Net54 Hockey site. Thought you might like to see it. D.

Default Hockey Cards

Just looking at those cards and not knowing how many more you got you made a nice deal! Those Orr Cards are probably worth it alone. CN

Dynarl thanks for the heads up on the hockey board I had no idea there was one, very cool. And Chris these are all the cards I got so far, and I think it was a great trade, he said I got the better deal but since they were doubles it didn't matter to him and he is a good friend so worked out great, I love Bobby Orr, only cards I ever had of him were Blackhawks so very happy to get him with the Bruins !

Can't lose with Bobby Orr. Phil Esposito wasn't too bad either. He put up some incredibly gaudy stats in the early 70's.

Yup - you did really well. The Orrs are always hot items. Great trade!

Cheers,
