I'd start with BST boards

Absolutely. Then what doesn't sell at your price you still have the auction house option.

I would suggest reaching out to Leon. He recently sold a pretty high profile collection through Heritage.

+1 here. IMHO, REA, Heritage and Goodwin all do a fine job of maximizing your return, even in light of the approximately 20% buyer's premium.
Might be worth having a conversation with Brent of PWCC also--its auctions seem to do consistently well.

Best of luck,

Larry

Well there is another important question... Why are you selling and is it because you NEED the money quickly? Depending on how quickly you need it might dictate which direction you chose.

On the stuff that has a pretty established value…50s, 60s, 70s topps issue in mid grade to ex-mt, t 206 card commons, etc, the BST is a great way to go. Anything odd should go to an auction house.

I should caution you: Everyone always thinks their kids are prettier than they really are, that there home is in a better neighborhood than it really is, and the their baseball cards are worth a lot more than they really are.
