Tough question to answer but I think we're at a short-term top for that card as they've moved quite a bit in the last few years. No way to know if it's an all-time top, of course but I think they may have peaked in the short term.

Will be interesting to hear other thoughts on it.

Personally I have felt the Green Cobb has been overpriced for a while now. There is no shortage of them and the price has just continued to skyrocket. I could be wrong of course, but that just how I feel about them. I think the Red portrait has a little room to go up still, but the Green is past due at this point.

Isn't part of the price difference because they printed WAY more red portraits than green?

They have both skyrocketed in price over the last few years. I wish I would have bought a nice red portrait before the prices went crazy.

Yes, but I still feel the green is overpriced at this point and the red could still move up a bit.

Not sure if it has peaked or not, though it doesn't seem likely, but it is an epic card in an epic set. I would like to own one!

Might stagnate a little but Cobby should always be good in the future. Almost blue chip but not quite. Go for a great looking, lower to mid level card, and I doubt there is a lot of downside. Just my half cent.

Someone probably asked the same question when they were $200. Answer is always NO.

This. But if you're worried about the bottom dropping out shoot me a scan and a price. Low to mid grade.

Take a look right here on BST (SGC 40 Cobb green) - appears to be quite nice for the grade.
