I haven't in a long time but Registered Mail was the way I did it. I think you are able to track this way once Canada Post receives it.

Octavio,

If thereís only a few cards and youíre going USPS, remember youíll have to complete a customs form. If itís a heavier shipment Iíve found FedEx to be less expensive and easier.
