Great, I still haven't. I am probably the only person in the world without a cell phone. I make very few calls and get even less. I keep it because every company wants to know your phone #.

I much prefer landlines. Clearer reception, no radiation.

Still trying to learn the iphone.
Needless to say, still have a landline phone.
Gets tons of Scammers of it tho, sometimes i disconnect it or let the "unavailable' blurps get the answering machine.

I don't think I've ever made a call on a landline, come to think of it. Had a flip phone until the iPhone released, which I saved every penny I could to afford to the first one.

I have a hard time picturing life without an iPhone (or similar) now. There is much to be said for slower-paced living and disconnecting from the world sometimes, but I wouldn't be able to hold a job and do what I need to do in the modern world we live in without one. Best money I spend is the iPhone.

I have both. I use my land line to call my cell phone when I misplace it.

I just picked up this new Betamax. Finally going to be able to watch this "Star Wars" movie and see what all the fuss is about.

It was around 50 dollars a month. But, like I said, I heard it ring but all of my landline-cordless phones have been dead for about a yr. And I only averaged a few calls on it, a year, for many years before that.

I still use my landline. I also use a cellphone.

When we had a lengthy power outage a few years ago, my wifes cell battery died before the outage was over. 3 days or so.
I still had phones... I have a hardwired landline phone I can plug in when it's needed.

I grew up in a town that had an independent phone company and that had the old crank phones within my lifetime. (Despite wikipedia saying differenty)
I'm sort of angling to be one of the last ones with a landline.
