Do you have any other larger pictures? This is a very basic pennant and could be from a different team - are you sure it's the New York Yankees
there was a football team the "Boston Yankees" as well Jimmy

It’s so generic that it could be that of a high school or independent team named “Yankees”. I have never seen a pennant like that which depicts an MLB team from the 1950s. You’d have to go back to the teens-20s to find such an example.

The Boston Yankees was the 1940s - so if someone knows it to be from the 1950s - then that team would be off the table
