1966 Martin's Family Night Program vs. Yankees - Space Program
I just picked these up this week. I really like the Orioles Martin's Family night scorecards and picture packs due to their rarity as only being available one night per year at Memorial Stadium. In addition to depicting two Baltimore Orioles pulling a Yankee player in two directions as once, it also has a theme of Rockets and the space program!! The rockets are visible in the background of the front cover. Actual U.S. space rocket photos are on the back cover, while team player photos are inside with a place to score the game.
This was an 8-0 Orioles win vs. Yankees. Both Brooks and Frank Robinson hit Hr's. Neither Mantle nor Maris had any hits. Jim Palmer was the winning pitcher for the Orioles.
