I have a second floor condo, so I don't even have a basement. I assume my downstairs neighbors wouldn't like it if they found me looking through their stuff.

My basement is a crawl space about 18 inches high. Damp cold clay. Last time I was down there I discovered a leaky pipe. I have made the same discovery several times.

Leaky Pipe? Isn't that who Low Gehrig replaced in the line up?

I wasn't sure. I knew it was either his name or the reason he got replaced. They didn't have Penicillin back then, you know.
