1961 Nu-Card N9 from PSA

I shipped several Nu-Cards Scoops cards to PSA and they came back as N9 so no charge but they would not grade. I see graded ones out there. Any input as to why they would not grade these?

I have come across multiple early 1961 Nu-Card cards (both FB and baseball) with variable sizing due to poor cuts made at the factory. Did any of your submissions measure too large and subsequently not fit into PSA's standard sized card holder?

They did not. If they were min sized, I think that they would stipulate that as such and not give the N9 designation. Though they look perfect, I assume that they are not reprints as they would have charged us and said questionable authenticity.

With that being said, I did compare to a random topps card and it was a little short. Just surprised that they did not label as min sized. Glad they didn't slab as authentic and mark that way.
