Remember this is not a popularity vote. I have never seen a D303 in anything above a 5....however, I have seen a few real nice E107's. I was underbidder years ago on the Plank E107 in an 8 holder...... |

The PSA 8 Plank is an exceptional card. Out of 88 E107s PSA has graded, the Plank is the one and only 8. There are no 7s or even 6s. PSA has graded four 5s total. |

Lections out there.........some of the issues I don't watch closely enough to have a real opinion on.....I've seen really nice E107's albeit few and far between........ |

I don't have access to the pop reports. Does it say how many high grade D303's have been graded? |

The Plank E107 was around 18k plus juice...but this was 5 or more years ago...before they skyrocketed.....3 yrs ago decent HOF'ers were less than a thousand and then the **it hit the fan and the rest is history... |

T209, E100, and other minor league issues must've been printed on cheaper stock since they tend to have the same flaking around the borders which leads to the low grades. |

I would put E98s in that list of tough sets in high grade. |

Just becaue PSA has only graded a few e107 PSA 5s and up doesn't mean thats all the 5+ out there. How many are graded by SGC ? How many are not even graded at all ? |

You are breaking my heart with the Plank. I bought the card raw @ 95 national and had it graded I though it would be a 7 but came back an 8. Never should have auctioned it. Still would like to know where it now resides. |

Brian could have included E221 Bishops, which due to their size and paper content are almost always beat up. I remember having two beauties about 10 years ago, but most range poor to good. But they are currently unslabbable (is that a word?). |

I have seen my share of Lections and have yet to see a high grade example. Has any truth come to knowledge about how these were distributed? These cards are just beat all to heck. I would love to see a high grade one if anyone here has one to share. |

There is a EX-NRMT Lections Ruth floating around somewhere. I saw it about 3-4 years ago, but lost the picture. |

simply because I don't recall ever seeing one that wasn't beat to hell. I've seen, as have we all, decent E107s. |

Here are the Lections... The Schmidt is not deserving of the grade. I can't find a single thing wrong with it... should be an 80.. 70 minimum. |

I'd have to agree, e104-3s especially. I've had 6 of them, none grading better than a 30. |

How about 1912 Garters or e125's? I think there are a ton of issues that are hard to find in decent quality. If I look that good after 100 years, I will be extremely pleased. BOO! |
