Paying thousands of dollars for cards of a guy in his 5th year or whatever he is, especially when he has hundreds if not housands of different issues, just doesn't make sense to me.
Not to mention that he's coming off a .243 season.

I believe Harper played through some type of nagging injury all last season .... which, I believe, was an anomaly. The guy is a stud player. Playing like an MVP this season.
Peter, come on in!

So far, the anomaly was his one great year, before that he was a .270 hitter who was frequently injured.

You're investing in talent more than anything. He's still only 24 years old. Moncada has only played 8 MLB games and people are throwing crazy money at his cards too. At least Harper won an MVP award already.

Injuries or not, he's appointment viewing for me. Hopefully he plays 145+ again this year and bounces back from the rough weekend.
