Might be James Caan's Rookie/1st card. Definitely not Garner's 1st card.

Oversized sticker cards issued in 1975

A "Top Sellers" Production from the set "Superstars"

Doesn't say Panini on these, but I'm almost positive, that is who produced these, since they also put out Soccer stuff, that had the "Top Sellers" name on them.

Size - About 3 3/4" x 5 3/8" inches

About NM condition. Exact cards as shown. Shipped in a rigid holder.

Also have lesser condition versions of these cards. Probably closer to VG/EX to EX'ish due to tiny wrinkles or indentations you can see under raked light. Can sell these for $10 for the pair if interested.
