Default Three Plead Guilty

I am posting this on both sides of our board. This is great news. Chalk one up for the good guys and kudos to law enforcement. Thanks to Rob L. for sending the story this morning too.

I read that this morning. Great news!!!! Collectors are really getting fed up with crap like this and it will no longer be tolerated.

While that is great news for collectors of game used memorabilia, more prosecutions need to happen on the counterfeit autograph side of the hobby. The article picture shows the person being arrested at the National but does not mention his name in the article. Are these federal charges unrelated or is this related and his case is still ongoing?

Good news. If the Coach's Corner boys are ever prosecuted, we should have a party.

I too found it kind of odd they didn't mention this Steve guy, who definitely was paraded through the National Convention, in the article. Still though, always nice to see a fraudster in cuffs. Maybe the guy just made some mistakes but just like anyone else he has to pay the price.

I don't believe the guy in the photo isn't part of this case.

Sometimes news uses the photo they have rather than one that perfectly matches.
