Now on a serious note...it is difficult to tell whether the pic is Fred or not Fred. If you could post a larger scan with better resolution you may get some serious answers.

It's amazing what you guys can do on photoshop. What's funny is in 15 years that is probally how we will look. My gang symbol if I recall was done for a Texas Longhorn fan who took the photo or it was a weak attempt to be a rocker...
