This is kind of interesting. Look at the document that is towards the bottom center of the page. It has some type of correspondance regarding ebay policies and the possible change in policy in early 2009. |

If they were smart they would just be an AUTHENTICATING service and not provide a grade. |

A very ugly holder, IMO... and Frank Garo carries NO weight among autograph authenticators. Perhaps just a step or two ahead of Frangipani. |

Concerning the cards on ebay, I bought some E101's from her that she had graded by SGC and a couple of raw T206's that got numerical grades from SGC. |
