Default Help IDing this

I picked up this Connie Mack piece at the National. Blank backed, roughly the size of a sheet of paper. It sort of looks familiar but I can't place it. Any help?

It looks like an image I remember seeing in one of my old Baseball Magazines (1909-12). But I don't think any were blank-backed. I'll see if I can come up with anything.

It's from a Conlon photo, not that that helps much in narrowing down the source:

You say it is the size of a sheet of paper I am not sure on this but think this was an insert issued with a Connie Mack day program, I know that there was more than one Connie Mack day, 50th anniversary etc. and program was more like the size of a WS program than a scorecard. Handled one of these but was long ago my best recollection Hope this helps J
