Default Consignor question about auction companies

Posted By: Jim Clarke

What is "industry standards" for consignors getting a check? I will be consigning some items and I do not know what is resonable or un-reasonable?

Default Consignor question about auction companies

Posted By: Tom Boblitt

get a check....

Okay, smartass aside........when I've consigned they've always been in the 30-60 day range. Usually, they all outline that in their terms of the auction but most have some caveat if they aren't paid for a specific lot that might be yours, it could delay things.
