Default 1910/'20's Pennant identification

I would like some opinions on ebay 270934430463 - a "Buffalo" pennant. Mike Egner has seen it and agrees the lettering and graphics are probably 1910's/1920's. Since most "City" pennants have a local landmark and there were certainly very few buffalo there, if any, outside a zoo, I'm wondering if it might be related to the Buffalo, N.Y. "Bisons" baseball team. A team which Google says was there from the 1880's and up.
Has anyone seen this one before or can hazard a guess as to its origin ?
Thanks in advance, Len

To this novice it looks old....but I get fooled on stuff outside of my niche more often than I should. Seems like a very low price not to sell, if it is real? And a link for those that are lazy, such as myself

It's undoubtedly old and authentic. But ther'e no way (IMO) to definiively tie it to a sports team. Just a neat looking early relic. Because of this, it's about a $75 piece (instead of a $2,500 piece).
