Default Feeney Ball - Fed Lg. Autos

HI,

I have a Chub Feeney Official NL ball from the mid 70s signed by two of the last living Federal League players, "Cy" Marshall and Charlie Pechous. Marshall wrote on one panel of the ball "Best Wishes to you as long as you live. Good luck to you and God bless you. Cy" He has signed only as "Cy." Pechous signed his full name, Charles E. Pechous, on the other side panel. The ball is yellowed but Marshall's inscription and Pechous' signature are both very clear and readable.

Both men passed away in 1980. For Marshall, the 1915 Buffalo Feds were his last stop in pro ball after three seasons with Phillies, while Pechous played with the 1915 Whales and then spent his final two seasons in the big leagues with the Cubs (didn't even have to change ballparks!).

I don't have photos of the ball, but if you're the winner and not satisfied, there's a full money back guarantee. If you're a Federal League collector, you will be very happy.

Opening bid is $25. Extra $5 for shipping, but I'll pay if it goes beyond $75. Bid by posting (no PMs or emails) and the auction closes on June 16 at 8 p.m. Central.

Default Auction ended

The ball sold for the minimum bid last Thursday. Sorry for the delay in posting. Just assumed when people saw a bid that the auction ended at the final bid price at the posted time.

Thanks for looking
