Default Angels fan uses toddler for protection from Aybar's HR ball

This was kind of amazing. You can't really tell what's going on at first, but then you see the baseball bouncing off the toddler, and the fan bringing the child back down. If I saw a ball coming at me, and I was holding a toddler, wouldn't instinct say to pull the child toward you and turn away?

The folks at 'Root' completely missed it.

Wonder what the parent does when they go to the zoo?

Had to check the video to make sure it wasn't my son-in-law. It wasn't.

I wonder what mom was told about the unusual bruise on the toddler's chest.

WHOA! That was incredibly dangerous! What an idiot! Blunt force trauma to a childs chest (like say a baseball hit 400 feet in the air) can cause irregular/sporadic heartbeats and may cause heart failure. I hope proper medical attention was given to the "fan's" toddler. Had a suspicion this type of moron would eventually show up at a game looking to get on ESPN's Top Plays or something equally irrelevant.

No big deal, folks, just natural selection at work. That kid won't make adulthood at the rate it is going. Nature weeds out the nimrods.
