Default Do either these two 1954's have a shot at a 9?

I am getting a sub ready and was wondering if anyone feels either of these two cards could get a 9.......two 10's would be nice though. The backs are just as nice as the fronts. No stains on the 54 Bowman and no chippng on the Topps.

8 or 8.5 in Murray.
5 on Rosen. There appears to be a surface wrinkle below the Indiana logo to the left.

Default Great cards

Those are great cards. I would just store them in a penny sleeve and a top loader. You could always look at them with a ruler and a loupe to see if they are in mint.

Well I checked and it is not a surface wrinkle on the card. I scanned it while in a card saver and the mark is a heavy scratch on the card saver.

Probably not, the UR corner on Murray and LR corner on Rosen may have "too much" wear/problems to get a 9, they are both nice cards though.

I noticed the same thing right away. You could put them in a semi rigid and write "8.75" in the upper right with a sharpie. I hear quarter grades are coming next to extend the life of tpg's.
