Does this card even exist?
Posted By: TBob
The T207 Davis with a blue "C" on his hat. Has anyone ever owned one? Seen one? I'd be glad to buy one but in 15 years I have never even heard of one. |

I thought you were done with this set??? The particular variation you have heard of I have never seen? But someone somewhere must have in order for it to be known as an alleged variation,no? |

I know there have a been a number of supposeded cariation in various sets tht were supposed to exist, but no one has ever seen. Sounds like this may be the case. I'd keep looking for varification, but wouldn't worry about aquiring the card until you actually see one. |

I am not chasing the wrong back Carrigan/Wagner cards but have always been intrigued by the Davis blue "C" on cap card. Lew Lipset and SCD both list it as a card which exists but no one I know has ever seen one. One collector told me he had seen a "yellowish" C (bizarre) but no one has ever seen a blue one. |
