Default The Babe getting treatment

Just wondered if anyone has seen this photo before of Babe getting treatment from the team trainer (with Lou looking on, obviously)?

Any chance you can you tell me who took the picture?

Sorry for the poor quality. My phone camera isn't great and it's a failry large picture - probably 11x13 or so - and it's under glass.

Thanks.

The image is from the NY Daily News. A friend of mine had a large collection of Babe Ruth glass negatives from the Daily News and I used to make prints for him using a darkroom and he would sell them at shows. I used to make all different sizes for him from 5x7 to 16x 20

The date on the envelope was July 21, 1932 so it may have been taken before that date. The original negative was a 4x6 glass negative. I have attached the contact photos I made of each of the negatives in the envelopes.

This one does not have Gehrig

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to find a print of it for a friend of mine who is an athletic trainer. The image is displayed in a place we travel for work and, unfortunately, is not for sale.

I like the bottom photo, where the guy is picking up an index card that Ruth had just signed for him. Ruth would sign anything, anywhere.
