Default Advice on removing stuck card please

Hi. Hoping I can get some instruction on how to safely remove this card from the slab on which it is stuck. Obviously don't want to damage it. The card is from 1999, so it has potentially been in this screwdown for twenty years. Thank you.

Standard answer #1: Put it in the freezer for an hour or two and see if the cardboard loosens from the slab.
Answer #2: Heat the outside of the slab with a hairdryer to warm it.

Answer#3 go to PWCC and ask them to sell you the chemical they are soaking their cards in. It's a best seller on Amazon.

Answer 4: Have it Moserized…

Seriously though - I have had success with leaving it in a humid environment for a few days and it will loosen itself...

A shot of Jagermeister might do the trick. Personally I would drink it.
