Dave - there's no charge.
SGC sent me a few extra copies
so Email me you're address and I'll
ship you out one.

I believe that SGC sends out sample copies too!
I know at shows they have stacks at their table.
So anyone other then Scott or Dave, try giving
SGC a shout.
