I apologize to Josh for my part in this thread unraveling, but at the same time I won't tolerate certain bashing without a reply.

And both Bender07 and Mr. Roste owe Josh an apology, too. Next time, start a new thread.
Actually, I think it was completely relevant to this thread for me to post that scan. Everyone identified the OP's signature as Willie's wife's and I showed a comparable example slabbed. It simply proves that even the experts can be fooled by Mrs. Mays' version of Willie's auto.

No rabble rousing here

I, for one, think the posting by bender totally adds to the thread. It showed that not everybody can recognize this "style" of Mays.

And Chris, to be completely straight, you mean you won't tolerate any bashing without you getting a turn to bash too, right? Because that's what you two do. Are you even capable of seeing a post by Travis and ignoring it? (and vice versa?)

How about this one? Has similarities to a wifey version. Maybe one from early in her career?

That looks like his earlier version that is wife probably learned how to copy and give the year of the card it could have been a vintage version of the signature but my card is a 1982! LOL Probably not his vintage signature on mine! LOL Thanks for posting the pictures though.
