If a seller in France is offering "free shipping", I assume this means that the seller is covering the cost of mailing the card, but what can I expect to pay on import duties and so on? Is it a % of the sale price (if so, any idea what %)?

I THINK that ebay's rules indicate that "Free Shipping" means Free DOMESTIC shipping, unless otherwise stated...I could be wrong, I guess...

When I sell I have to fell out for both domestic and international.
I once had a woman complain about the import fees she was charged. I said "Hey, I have zero control over the laws and government of England." Luckily, she agreed. |
