Ted Williams 1993 Upper Deck autograph

This comes with a COA, but I was wondering if there would be any worry - was this issue heavily forged?

This was part of a 2 card set. Can you post the back of card and the coa card..

Here's the back. I don't have it in hand, so I don't have the COA. It was on COMC.
