Default Pittsburgh Spring Classic Sportscard and Memorabilia Show this weekend - Whos going?

This will be my second consecutive Pittsburgh Classic I'll attend after getting back into the hobby early last Spring, and it doesn't get any more convenient for me seeing as how I live a mere 20 minutes away. The 3 day pass is sure to lure me back each day again this year.

Was a fantastic show last year where I was able to pick up a number of cards and a few autographs for my collection and even met a couple board members which was cool.

Anyone else planning on attending this year?

Default Sunday?

Is this show worthwhile going just for Sunday morning? My son and I are going to be in town for the Pirates games Saturday night and Sunday afternoon, would like to get over, but it would only be for a few hours. Worth it?

Default Pittsburgh Show - going!

Hey All!

I will be going Friday night and Saturday. Tcornett if you guys are Pirates fans then it would be worth it to drop in Sunday. The show is usually filled with Pirates stuff. I will be hunting for some T201's and non-sports tobacco cards. I always seem to find some good bargains, I've been going the last 3 years.

Ed, what is your booth number? I'll stop and say hi.

Cliff

I'm not sure if they assign numbers. Gary handles all the arrangements. We're usually up against the wall on the right side of the gym (next to the supply guy). I'll be easy to recognize. I'm the one with the least hair in the building.

If you don't quit posting so often, Tim, we are going to have to restrict you. You should join in our reindeer games more often. Not too many of us bite.

Tom Boblitt and I will be there Friday. Driving from Louisville, Ky. Besides the National this used to be my favorite show, but have not been able to attend very often over the past 10-12 years

Default The Great Pittsburgh Find of Signed T206 Cards

A couple of years ago, the guy who owned all of those signed T206s that showed up on ebay walked into this show. If there are any signed T206s floating around, please let me know! Just send me an email. I'll pay a handsome finder's fee for any info that leads to a sale.

Thanks!!!!!!

Default Pittsburgh Spring Classic Sportscard and Memorabilia Show this weekend - Whos going?

Just remember all you guys from the "burg", the PENS play game 2 Friday night at 7:30. Then again game 3 SUNDAY night at 7:30 (away). If you go Sunday I don't know when the show ends, but be sure to leave early to get home and change from your PIRATE atire into your PENS jerseys and allow time to get ready for another "HE SHOOTS & SCORES"/ for another whipping of the Senators. Look for me attending the show -TipTopBread-wearing the number 43 2007 PRO BOWL TROY POLAMALU JERSEY that I picked up at Aloha stadium. G-O--P-E-N-S!!!!

T206Collector that is an awesome story. I now own one of those cards on there. Probably my favorite card now. I'll be on the lookout for others!

Doyle throwing. The last one. The one that's signed across his body. I already broke it out of the holder and put it in my binder.
