Default New SF Hess discovery

Posted By: Brent Butcher

Acquired an SF Hess the other day that I didn't have recorded on my master list and thought I would share with other boxing collectors. His name is Viro Small and was known as "Black Sam of Vermont" He was more known as a wrestler but did have a few recorded boxing matches.

Brent, I don't know how many guys can appreciate how tough these cards are let alone a new find. Your 19th century stuff is awesome.
