Default Is this B18 Blanket with blank pennants an error? Common?

Is this an error? Is it common?
The name Rucker is light but visible. The team and league are just about invisible. This is not caused by wear, as felt is quite strong.

I think the no name is common to the Superbas. I have a Hummel and I can't read a thing on it. Don;t know if it fades over time or is how they came originally. A teams set just sold on Ebay and the names all looked illegible, although the scan was not the greatest.

That is what I suspected, thanks.

Guess I won't quit my day job on this one!

Somebody probably washed it at one time. I can see a very faint N.L. on the right pennant in your scan and the first letter of the team name "B" very faintly.
