Love this comment:

Wait, so all I need to do is bid more than $5 million, strike deals with vendors, set up a network of bottlers worldwide, hire sales and marketing, and create a distribution chain, spend a few years building brand equity, I'm on equal footing with Coca Cola? Sign me the f*** up.

Too funny.... but almost too dumb to even comment on. Just more ebay extreme greed that will never result in a sale.

Graham, Washington??!!!... Well, if anywhere the residents of Graham-Kapowsin-Orting-Lower South Hill Puyallup have the secret formula. With this recipe you are more likely to star in Breaking Bad than make a decent soda .

Actually it did result in a sale to the tune of $15,000,000 (if it's genuine) The auction ended without the initial $5,000,000 bid. It was then relisted and someone "bought it now" for the $15,000,000. Now whether it results in a financial transaction probably is a different story

OK... If you count a $4,985,000.00 price reduction as a legit sale, then I stand corrected

Now what will the "winner" do with it? Kinda tough to go up against Coke and Pepsi in that well-developed segment. Hope he has some dynamite sales people and awfully good production facility!

Exactly.
There is already Coca Cola. Does the recipe in someone else's hands really matter? So they maybe can make it. Then what?

Can't you just look on the back and it says what ingridents are in it. Don't need the recipe, just mess around and eventually you'll get it right.

What are the odds that the "buyer" is even old enough to drive My guess is this one will be "re-listed due to non-paying buyer."
