Default PSA Labels for Sale - Any Legitimate Use?

Saw this auction for 7 different Mantle labels. Is any legitimate reason why someone would want to buy these without the cards that were cracked out of the holders?

If you also have a slab you can make a great cheap display items. He are 2 of many "display items" I have. I like this kind of stuff, I understand some don't. The one thing I can guarantee is none of my items will be used by me to con anybody.

"cracked them out to put in a screw case"??

Something is fishy here, and like someone above said, I'd bet those raw cards show up for sale somewhere else soon without their 'Scarlet A' PSA label.

This is a good example of why PSA should put a bounty on labels. I seem to recall they did this at one time with the PCGS coin labels, but I could be wrong.
