Default Probstein - Funny Business

So this ticket "sells" on 11/15/21 to high bidder 877

https://www.ebay.com/itm/37378494932...rdt=true&rt=nc

It then is relisted a month later:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/36365106144...p2471758.m4703

Different bidder wins it, but lets say the 11/15 winner didn't pay and that's the reason for the re-list a month later.

Problem with that theory is bidder 877 is once again in on the bidding.

Shouldn't they have been blocked from bidding if they were a non-paying winner?

NO, that would be bad for business.

I'm thinking this thread has been titled incorrectly, I believe it should be :

They always get the highest prices and most bids. Thats why I do not buy from them. I've always been suspect of them.
