Default OT. Ultimate Neurologist name

Went to a medical appointment today and got a referral to a new Neurologist with an awesome prewar name. Sometime in the near future, I will have an appointment with Dr Cy Young. Hopefully he will be a big game winner for me and figure out something for chronic pain and neuro issues. Definitely worth a visit with that name. Have to ask him if he is an annual award winner.

Get his autograph. It definitely will be an authentic Cy Young autograph. Good luck with your visit.

Be careful with that doc - he may be the all-time leader in wins but he is also the all-time leader in losses! Here's hoping he gets a W for you.

That is cool. One of the local hospitals where I live has a doctor with the last name of Holiday. And everyone wants Doc Holiday as their primary doctor so he is pretty busy.

One of the analysts at GMO, an investment firm that I've had some dealings with in my job, is named Ty Cobb.

When my wife was pregnant, this was the doctor's office we had to go to. Her doc? The second one down. And he went by Al. Dr. Al Bundy.

Good to see he had other career options to fall back on, once the shoe store gig fell through....

While at college in Albany NY I had to get to a dentist. I have no idea which dr. helped me but another dentist in the office had a name I always will remember; Dr. Dolittle. True story.

As a physician in Wisconsin, I once considered refusing to see patients from Menomonie.

Ken, I hope your visits to him will TRUE-ly benefit you. Besides the pun, I mean that in all sincerity, bro. Best regards. ---Brian Powell

Default The Miracle (or lack) of my birth

I went years under the misunderstanding that I was delivered by Dr. Miracle. Alas I was corrected later in life that he was only the family doctor at the time, but I guess I have him to thank for my health today.

The funny thing is, I have a "Cy Young" autograph from a different Cy Young. He was an Olympic Gold medalist in 1952 in the Javelin throw. I think he is still alive and he used to sign through the mail. So, an authentic Cy Young autograph of Cy Young the athlete is available. Just not the guy the Award was named after.
