Very cool story. I wish I could stumble across something like that just once in my life.

Neat story! Only mice turds in my attic.
Our polls suggest 57% would leave these as barely recognizable soot covered disasters..... or would they?

An old Pittsburgh house with T206s in the rafters?

I think I'd go through every nook and cranny of that house looking for HW.

HMMM....a display of T206/Colgans Pirates and baseball greats in a house in Pittsburgh....with the center spot blank. If you were going to pick a baseball star in 1910 in PIttsburgh to put in the center of your display, who would it be??

I'd tear that attic apart!!!

Desiderata

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Strive to be happy.

Default House in Pittsburgh's Troy Hill yields 'priceless' treasure

The kid probably took the Wags with him before he stashed it, I doubt He'd have a picture of himself

Would have been nice if he came here first instead of paying someone $217 to restore them. I also think we could have put a price on them

Definitely a cool find and I would have left it "as is".

This story is so cool. That is the exact purpose baseball cards were intended, besides trading and flipping of course.

Default Now the real question

What chemical was used to clean the cards?
