Default Help with a Baseball Sig ID

Recently got this ball in a lot, initially I thought it was Ryan Dempster but after digging, I'm pretty sure its not his.

After some random searches, I'm stumped and I'm typically good at the "ID Game."

Any ideas? The signature is on a Selig ROMLB

That is Randy Wells, who pitched for the Cubs and Blue Jays a few years back.

I don't remember exactly which year but it had to be 2009-2012 I went to a Cubs-Braves game in Atlanta and Randy Wells was in the outfield shagging flyballs during batting practice. Whenever he got a ball he would softly throw it to kids near the front row, on one toss an obnoxious lady who was determined to get a souvenir ball came flying in to grab the ball from the kids but took a nasty fall and hit the concrete hard, she got up and ran off probably to get treated by the medical staff. I looked at Wells and he had his face in his glove to hide his uncontrollable laughter.
