Default eBay is terrible

Was checking out the E90's while I was at work. Found a raw for a low price and bid on it. Two minutes later I get notification I was out bid. Then I win the auction. First time for me but does it really happen that often? How would you leave feedback for this?

You won the auction, if you receive the card what is the problem?

Default eBay

eBay is still fun, but it was so much more fun when you could see the underbidders. When you won an auction you could look down and say "Yes!, I just beat canofprimo, I own it! and caramelcard."

For some maybe seeing the underbidder isn't a good thing. T206Hound would be saying.."I don't know this smorey83tl guy is, but he sure keeps running the bid up!"

Er!ck/T206Hound has an amazing T206 collection. I should know, he has outbid me on half of it.

Just joking Er!ck. I'm glad the cards are going to a good home.

Ebay is a POS.

I list to take advantage of their No Listing or Selling fees promotion, which claims no final listing fees on one item sold using ebay mobile.

Ebay mobile then lists my item twice, wont let me add a best offer and pretty much craps out.

I end the duplicate, call ebay about the best offer and they say it's ok and then edit it.

Bat sells and I still got slammed with a 40 Final Fees.

Called ebay, and they say the one that qualified was the canceled one. Then they say the second doesnt count because it was best offer.

THEN they say it should count.

THEN they say they are going to credit my account in 24 hours. I can't wait to find out what happens next.

Frickin POS.

Dont get me started on the day before, when a 10% off coupon didn't apply, I got charged the full 700 and then had to get ebay to call the seller to refund my money. Ebay/Paypal says they see the money in my account so we retry the transaction.

Only to find out the first payment refund is pending for 3-5 days (paypal balance) and the CC portion (400) is pending for up to 30 days.

Meanwhile, I paid the second time and was charged the full 650 onto my card.

Yeah, I paid twice for one item and I'm not sure when I'll see that money. Or when I'll see the $40 final value fees be credited.

Get on their internal lines and try and get the president's office, if you leave a couple messages normally someone gets back to you. I had a $20 problem fixed + they gave me $50 in additional credit (all while on the phone - they had called back after I left messages)... It was the head of some department, I don't remember what... I will try and dig up his direct e-mail and PM it to you.
