Default Fan of the Year

I know its football related but thought most members might find this interesting. I hope you are ok with this, Leon, as its good PR for our entire hobby.

One of our own hobbyists (Ray Prisby) is one of six fans nominated for the Fan Hall of Fame located at the Pro Football Hall of Fame! Jim Brown came to his home to let him know he was nominated. How cool is that!

Please vote for Ray each day starting today at: https://fordhalloffans.com/ You can also see a video of Jim Brown coming to his house there as well.

Would love to see a hobbyist like Ray win but he needs our daily help. Please share on other forums and with friends too.

I voted for Ray.

Every thread needs a card and I don't have a Jim Brown one.

Awesome guys! I'm sure Ray will appreciate it. And yes, his collection is just incredible. No wonder Jim Brown comes to his house, LOL, he has more Jim Brown items than Jim Brown does ;-)

They let you vote once per day so feel free to jump back in and vote again and again when you have time.

I too will vote every day !

Reminds me of going to the ball game when it was All Star voting time, they would have ballots all over the stadium...Fans would grab as many of those punch out ballots as they could and try to vote their whole team into the All Star game !

Yep, it was cool that Jim said he saw some of Ray's items and it reminded him of some events he had forgotten about.

Just voted again.

Thanks all! Keep those votes for Ray coming. It looks like we can vote daily until Feb 1.

And I agree this thread needs more cards!!! Here are a few of the many Jim Brown cards / items I have beyond his iconic rookie card.

Voting multiple times in an election begs the question whether dead forum members are allowed to vote as well.

For those that haven't heard, Ray WON!!! Thanks to all who voted for him in the contest. Ford flew him and the other two winners to Tampa Bay for the Super Bowl this past weekend.

The collecting community comes up big for one of our own.
